Return Policy
Unused merchandise can be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping expenses. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition you received it. Returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt to confirm condition. The buyer will be informed within 3 days of the return status.
Cancellation of an order prior to shipment are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
Vintage Voltage Limited One-Year Warranty
Vintage Voltage, LLC warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the shipment date to the original buyer. This Limited Warranty is subject to the exclusions listed in the following paragraph.
If a product is covered under warranty, Vintage Voltage LLC will at no charge either repair or replace the product with a functionally equivalent product or refund the purchase price. The repaired or replacement product is warranted for the remaining term of the original product.
All returns must be authorized by Vintage Voltage, LLC. Once authorized, the user must return the item to Vintage Voltage. Vintage Voltage will cover the shipping costs for items covered under this warranty. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the state of the warranty claim. If the product is found to have been defective, Vintage Voltage LLC will either replace the product or refund the purchase price. Unless otherwise instructed, any refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Warranty Exclusion
This Warranty covers only physical products purchased from Vintage Voltage LLC. It does not cover secondary damages including: towing charges, shipping charges, lost profits, lost business, property damages, or damages to other products.
All products must be in their original un-modified condition. We will not cover products that have been modified in any way. Some repairs may be acceptable, if authorized by Vintage Voltage, LLC.
Products must be installed in appropriate applications and according to the instructions in the Vintage Voltage LLC product documentation. The product must be in suitable environmental conditions, avoiding water, excessive vibration and excessive temperatures. It does not cover damages caused by external factors like flood, fire, accidents or shipping damage.
